L.E.A.S.H. Pet & Exotic Animal Mortuary

When you call or text L.E.A.S.H. for information, you will speak to one of our Rainbow Bridge Specialists who will gather some information from you and then go over our various options with you depending on your wants and needs. 

These Specialists are LEASH staff members, and family, you will never reach a call center.

Your invoice from L.E.A.S.H. will come to your email for you to review. You may make payment directly from the email or we can collect card payment on-site. 

We also accept Cash, Zelle, CashApp and Apple Pay.

There is NEVER tax on our services. You will only see tax on Upgraded Merchandise.

After the invoice, our Retrieval Specialist will reach out to you ASAP with an ETA. The L.E.A.S.H. standard is to arrive to the client home or vet clinic within 1 hour, any time day or night. You may also schedule your retrieval for a time that works best for you.

Your Retrieval Specialist will transport your pet directly to our Mortuary where they will collect a fur clipping and clay paw print impression for you - and any upgrades you have have chosen.

In-Office drop off is also available at a discounted rate. Our Retrieval Specialist will meet you at the Mortuary to assist you. LEASH will never let you feel alone. If you choose our drop off option, you will also return to the Mortuary to pick up your items once notified they are ready. Staff will always be there to help you.

Our Mortuary is fully staffed Monday - Friday from 9am until roughly 2pm. In the event we are away with a client, another staff member will meet you there promptly.

Cremation Process: 1-2 weeks

Aquamation Process: 2-3 weeks

We do not rush the process, we prefer to make sure things are done properly and with dignity. The process often does not take the quoted time frames and is typically quicker.

Once the entire process is completed, your Retrieval Specialist will package everything for you into one of our return bags. You will receive the urn with ashes, a fur clipping, a clay paw print impression, a cremation (or aquamation) certificate, a hand-written condolence card, and a memorial seed packet we hand package ourselves. Any upgrades you have chosen will also be packaged in your return for you.

Your Specialist will contact you at this time to schedule your Hand Delivery Return to your home.

Someone must be home to accept and sign for the return, we do not leave these items outside.
